Short answer, no.

Infections stems from either bacteria, fungus, virus, parasite, etc. You’ll need to see a doctor/GP who can then prescribe antibiotics, anti-fungal, anti-viral, or anti-parasite to treat your infection. If you don’t treat it, your infection can spread up to the kidneys. You don’t want that.

TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) is mostly for “improving”/“adjusting” a body’s current state to be in a somewhat better state.
