The way you phrased this is confusing. So did you upload a scanned copy of your spouse’s passport, spouse’s D/E card, and your IC?

If no, they need to see a copy of it so you have to go and upload it in the system.

Usually you’ll go down for the in-person appointment to collect the LTVP card when everything is approved. That’s when you show the physical passport and IC but they have changed the LTVP procedure recently so I don’t know how to answer your question.

Was there a link in the email to make an appointment to go down?

You can always email back to clarify how to do so?

Is there an option to make an in-person appointment?

If no, then call/email ICA on how they would like to receive the original documents... I’ve never encountered this phrasing before for my husband’s LTVP.

Are there any anomalies between documents? They obviously suspect something. It might be something simple like maybe their vetting teams screwed up when doing the vetting in your home country. Let us know how it turns out if you are able to. It's relatively rare.

Also the English usage in the request is weird, but if they made an appointment then they are looking for clarification of something.
