What does matter is this: You do not know that many other details of the other person. You don't know about his credit, or his in laws, or the number of jobs he has had or the number of brothers and sisters he has, or the number of relatives already in Singapore, or the number of times he got a speeding ticket, or the number of times he was warned about loud music or pissing in the lift, or the grades he got in uni, or the number of places he has lived or how often he got a salary increase (and how much), or where he was born, or how many times he has been married, or any of a million other things you cannot know.

That's why asking the questions are pointless. I could be white and you could be Chinese and we could have exactly the same chances at PR or citizenship. Because, it's not your race or age that will disqualify you, it is the whole package, and you cannot tell what the whole package is, because ICA won't tell you.

So... ask all the questions you want. Just be aware that the answers make absolutely no difference to you, no matter how much you think you might be alike.
I would say your example (driving test) is pointless. Do moderators ask above information (credits in-laws) before giving feedback on someone's profile?

Similarly answers by experts on chances of getting PR/Citizenship MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE. But still people asks and same experts are happy to answer. Isn't it?
I can see why you chose the handle that you did. Fits perfectly.

Please, ask all the questions you want. Make all the comparisons you want of yourself to any other poster on this board. If you think it makes one bit of difference as to the outcome of your own situation... well... if that makes you happy, then have at it. When it's all said and done, it makes no difference.

See, in addition to the fact that you don't know everything you need to know about the other guy, you also don't know ICA's criteria. You also don't know if your application is being reviewed by a guy whose wife just told him to piss off, he's feeling mean, and he doesn't like your name... you get rejected because he's having a bad day! Too bad your application didn't get handled by the guy in the next cubicle.

But again... if it makes you happy, spin your wheels. Imagine that the other guy's answers mean anything for your own outcome. Pretend there are "trends". It's exactly the same as a guy at the casino who thinks that because red just came up five times on the roulette table, that it has to be black next time.

First of all, I don't ask such question and also don't discourage others too. Also, I don't waste my night time in giving useless example. These requires common sense to understand!!!

But you did spend a lot of time arguing on behalf of another guy who has already ticked off people in the past which explains the tone of some of the answers he receives.

I did not argue. I just requested/suggested, as i see same pattern of question as well as the answer. The other guy took it at a new level!
