Long term visit pass renewal

Hi,

My LTVP is gonna expired on oct 2021. My husband lost his job due to covid and he just got a job one month ago. How can i submit his payslip since ICA is asking for 6months.

Your kind help is appreciated.

He can:
1. Collect all the last 5 payslips from his previous company (if possible), then the 6th is from his current one, or
2. Use the payslip(s) from the current one and then include a latest income tax statement.

Can foreign LTVP holders rent non-serviced, non-HDB apartments for 12 months and potentially beyond?

Or do landlords rent to Employment Pass...
