PR appeal success stories

Hi! I’m new to this forum so just wanting some advice from some of the more experienced people here. Hope I’m posting in the right place
Me and my husband had applied for a PR in July 2020 which got rejected in June 2021 ( few days back) just wanted you give out my husbands Profile ( primary applicant) and one out what should be our next step.
Should we appeal( my husband has had a major salary boost since when we applied and also, I have my 2nd cousin staying here who has a family of 4 and all are Singapore citizens since 2018, I couldn’t mention about the family tie anywhere in my original application) or wait for a few years before we re-apply ?
Husbands details:

Age : 30
Race : Indian
Gender : Male
Marital Status : Married ( ROM in SG)
Education : Masters from NUS ( he has been in sg since 2016) also served 3 year bond with local sg company.
Current Field of Work : He is part owner of an AI and data science training and consultancy company ( started in 2017 with a local guy who is the director)
Length of stay :little more than 5 years now.
No of tax return :3 or 4 ( I’m not too sure)
Salary : 100K
Pass : EP ( since he is not a citizen/ PR he needs an EP to work in his own venture)
I’m into education too, came in sg in 2020 and work as a teacher on a dp in an International School.
Would be really grateful for any help or guidance

May I know why would it be difficult? Any insight would help!

Ethinic Quota, Salary of the applicant on the lower side.

Also, just to note - cousins who are SC may not help in your application. What may help is like spouse/parents/siblings being SC/PR, etc

Your point is noted! We will see if we can re-apply, time and age is luckily on our side. Hopefully things should materialise!

I see that my PR got rejected after waiting for 20 months. It was after 7 months of providing additional details. I have a question, I just updated them about renewal of passport (after which the submit button went missing)...I never updated when my 2nd kid started his education in N1 PCF, class progress of my elder child; also the professional certificate (AWS) as I thought kids education is implicit so no need to update and certificate is also beginner level. Although I got lot of other online courses and got certifications (those but never updated them).

So my questions is if it makes sense to appeal based on above info. FYI, the salary is same since i applied because of market situation due to COIVD. Thanks for your response.

No impact based on kids education. Appeal will not help.
