The perennial weight issue...
The perennial weight issue...
Hi all, I've recently been getting a lot of enquiries on whether "spot reduction" is effective or not. From experience so far, making lifestyle changes - nutritional adjustments, incorporating more volume to resistance training + scheduled cardio exercises, reducing stress, becoming more flexible etc seem to achieve much better overall results vs targeting a specific body area. Does anyone have any personal experiences to share?

Why would you be getting a lot of enquiries?
My experience says those who register on this forum over a decade ago but have never posted until now and post something that sounds like a baiting gambit to flog their own company is quite possibly just that. Hopefully this isn't the case....... moderator

Seems like it is the case, I received a PM from him advertising his services as a personal trainer and weight loss consultant.

Thanks Lisa, that is exactly why I posted my response. I was pretty sure somebody was being solicited. He's history. - moderator
