Update PR application Info with ICA

Hi all,

I recently left my job a month ago so I'm on DP under my spouse's EP now. I applied for PR as the main applicant with my spouse and my son half year ago when I was on EP.

Do I need to update ICA of this information? If so, how to do it (e.g., send email)?
