Hello! Can anyone help me? I recently acquired a new spass issued from company A. But then company B went to apply another spass for me which is now pending for approval in MOM system. My spass from company A was applied last Feb 8 but was rejected and appealed and then approved on march 19. During those period, ive gotten another offer from company B. But they werent allowed to apply my spass until Ive gotten my appeal results from company A which came out only last March 19. Ive decided to go through and choose company B. My question is, am i allowed to leave company A when i get my spass approved from company B? Thanks

Sure, They can cancel it. But remember, you probably have to give proper notice or pay them salary in lieu of serving your notice. If you do not, then obviously the new employer will know you cannot be trusted to fulfil your contract terms because you will have already shown your colours to work for them. But yes, after you receive the renewed S pass, Company B can apply and when you get the IPA you are free to join them after leaving Company A.
