STVP Expired but can't extend and enter NZ

Post by booyarick » Thu, 11 Mar 2021 12:45 am

Hi everyone. Currently on a STVP after EP got cancelled. Have had STVP extended through previous companies CorpPass. However in Jan normal way to extend was gone and mutliple attempts to extend have been rejected meaning I am overstayed. Issue is there are no quarantine slots in New Zealand available until the end of July can't event return until then. Have asked both the NZHC and MIQ Centre who manage the quarantine for some sort of letter to confirm I can't enter but they said they can't help. Any ideas on what to do?

Cheers

Have you visited ICA office and sort it out, if not, best you go straight to ICA on the next business day as overstaying is a serious offence here you might end up getting jail and pay fine. Good luck to u.

Yeah this reaction of both NZ and Australia in limiting the return of their citizens is absolutely appalling. Of course Jacindra is all for humans rights as long as she stays in power.

Can the NZ High Commission help you? Have you spoken to them?
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
