I'm on a similar package (as an Aussie) and I left a deal worth 50% more or so to move to Singapore. There were personal reasons but what I have found is that I can save far more here. Otherwise, Australia trumps.
You'd be better off in the USA (15 times the people and hence a much larger set of opportunities) but Australia / Canada are a close second. Don't go to NZ (too small an economy).
