This is one of the longest periods of time that I’ve been unable to make a trips outside Singapore and I have finally run out of chewable antacid tablets. I don’t use these often, not even once a month.
In the past I’ve been disappointed at what is available in Singapore, so during trips abroad I’ve always bought Tums & Rolaids in the U.S., or in Australia I bought rolls of chewable Mylanta which were good as well. The closest thing I could find in Singapore is a product called Rennies which is utterly useless and doesn’t work at all.
Does anyone know if anything decent is sold here? I’m not looking for something strong like prescription stuff, just a simple OTC chewable.

You might try Gaviscon double action chewables. I am in the same circumstance being a US expat. I find the Gaviscon formulation sold in Singapore much better than the US version.

Thanks, where can I buy these?
Edit: looks like Guardian has them, I will definitely give it a try.

I've been able to get hold of Peptol Bismol here online and from the NUH pharmacy.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.

We use pepto bismol as well, until COVID hit we usually got by just bringing it back every time we visited but since then we’ve ordered it online.

Is that available here in chewable form? I’m only aware of the chalky pink liquid form of Pepto (for me, it will trigger a gag reflex).

Try tums. They are chewable and flavored. You can get them on lazada or amazon.malcontent wrote: ↑Mon, 08 Mar 2021 10:35 amIs that available here in chewable form? I’m only aware of the chalky pink liquid form of Pepto (for me, it will trigger a gag reflex).
