Anyone know what's are the chances of successful PR application for Malaysian with spouse is SG Citizen? Highest education level MBA and a EP holder. No children yet.

Based on anecdotal evidence, the longer the marriage at the time of application, the higher the approval rate. Experienced posters has mentioned that it is best to be married for about 2 years before applying for PR as a spouse of a SGC. You can apply for LTVP first for a higher chance of approval. As a Malaysian, you also have an additional higher chance of approval compared to other nationalities.
