LTVP- Sponsor moving from EP to SPR

Hi, We recently received IPA for PR and will be completing formalities soon. My mum is in Singapore on LTVP based on my sponsorship. I understand that her LTVP would be automatically cancelled once my EP is cancelled. Can any of the experts kindly guide me on the process for applying for new LTVP and the usual timelines? I'm trying to avoid travel during the current environment in case the short term visa issued expires before the new LTVP is in place.
