Pass Approved but SAT Self Assessment Tool not eligible?

Hi all. Is it possible that if according to SAT, you’re only eligible for SP, but if the employer applies for EP instead, it gets approved?

Nope. But if the employer checked the application box saying to also consider an S pass if found ineligible for an EPP, you could be issued an S pass. It doesn't work the other direction. Why would the MOM give up voluntarily the S pass levy? EP doesn't have a levy OR quota (in theory)..
