EP approval pending since 1 month

My EP renewal application was submitted 25th May until now its Pending? is this normal?
nothing has change same salary, education etc,.

Sometimes it may be picked up for audit, vetting, etc. Your HR may follow up.

i see this is the 1st time i am experiencing such a delay .... and this is for renewal...

Pls ask your HR to contact them over phone. When my wife's and son's were pending HR contacted them.

.. when i checked it was REJECTED now ? It was pending until today morning ....
