There’s no way to give you a definitive estimate of your chances however I will say that the fact that you have a stable, relatively well-paying job and a masters degree will probably help your chances. I suggest you look into inquiring with in immigration agency, many are experienced and should be able to give you more accurate information, as well as help you with your application.

You’ve just reinforced my belief that selling hope is one of the best commodity around here to peddle out to the masses.

Pros
His age.
Only that, I can think of.

Cons

His ethnic group.
Quota is x. # of Applicants are between 5-10x of the quotas available.

His seemingly fine salary suddenly becomes average-ish within his ethnic group of EP holders.

His length of time in Sg, too short. Indian families who’s been here for 10 years or more have even been rejected till now.

His education, local. But it’s post grad and non-competitive to get in. Full fee paying as well, hence not subsidized.
If he did undergrad, it’s actually more competitive and it’s subsidized education. Means the gahmen had actually invested in you. The other point, there’s probably a lot more locals to integrate with during undergrad.

So there’s nothing that sets him apart from the others in the haystack.

Signs of integration? Signs of commitment?
Probably zero. I don’t know.

So chances of getting PR isn’t exactly zero, more like 5-10 pct under your own abilities.

If it’s the family ties scheme, it’ll rocket to 80-90 pct. But please read up on the woman’s charter before you marry a Singapore girl. It’ll pawn you big time if it ends up in divorce.
