PR and QDL update?

Hi guys

So i have a driving license with my FIN number (Expiry : 02/2025). I recently got my blue IC

now should I go to TP and convert my QDL or apply online? what is the procedure?

I went to the TP to get my DL changed from FIN to NRIC. This was pre covid. Not sure if things are different now.

I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Maybe because condo are not under the purvue of the HDB. You might need to check with URA instead.
