Proceed to upload option has been disabled 4 weeks before. But still there is no change in CPF / no status update .. does anyone faced the same ?

Hi, yes, this can happen. Usually it is expected to come in 1 to 3 weeks after upload button disappears. But sometimes it can be 4 weeks or more and it all depends on them. Regarding cpf login, you have to understand how it works.
THe following explanation is just based on my observation and also told many times here.
Lets say for example, the upload button goes missing on 1 Jan.
Also lets assume that, The status of approval on the ica app/portal shows on 20 Jan.
In general, the actual approval date will be a few days before 20 Jan, i.e., lets say they approved it on 17 Jan.
If you try cpf login to check, it is only on/after this 17 Jan you can login into cpf. Which means, this cpf login will only will work 2 to 3 days before the ica app shows approved. So when you try to check it now you may not be able to login, may be because they have not yet decided on your application. So nothing you can do other than wait.

Can you share when you submitted your application?
Also, it will be helpful to many others here if you can say a bit about your profile, just to see if has anything to do with 4 weeks of upload button missing. May be you can share (will be good to have an insight)

This is really guess work and trying to reverse engineer both ica and cpf systems. Better to wait patiently 1 more week for the results from the ICA portal.

Yes, im not saying we should reverse engineer the ica and cpf systems and indeed, i too suggest to wait for ICA portal to update.

If you really suggested that and want people to follow that, then you should not given the detailed information on how to reverse engineer.

Been following this forum regularly and helped me keep expectations low.

PR Applied on Last week of Nov 2022
ICA followed up for additional documents on Last week of Nov 2023 and uploaded the documents same day
Upload documents button missing 1st week of Jan
Received a rejection email today.

They asked for birth certificates for me any my spouse. As we didnt have one, we had to goto the HCI to get Birth Certificate which was issued based on our passport.

After submitting these documents, it took about 3 weeks for the Upload Documents button to go missing and another 3 weeks for rejection.

Update: upload document button missing since Jan 15th. However, when I checked the CPF portal today, I can enter the health declaration page for medishield. It was not possible before as the page returned that I was not in PR database. The PR application status itself is still pending in ICA portal.
