It just happened that my grandparent wasn't in Singapore where yours was here from China.

What?
Maybe I gave him too much credit for his M'sian Degree? D'uh, yah think? :???:

Lol LKPHY, you should learn how old school forums work before you make a fool of yourself. You make use of the search bar to look for answers and only when you can’t find much information on it, then you make a post. Forums are not Instagram/Twitter/Facebook where you spam posts for the attention/likes/lulz.

Also joke’s on you. If you read through sms’s posts, you’ll learn his ancestry is definitely not Chinese.

And my 'submit additional docs' button disappears starting yesterday. Fingers crossed!

That means shortly you should be notified you are rejected.
Or approved. Nothing more, nothing less.

Proceed to upload button shows with my wife ICA login page, but when I check my status through my login it doesn't show in my status.

PR applied under Sponsor scheme

Can anyone counter this before?
I have encountered previously, my case was my wife 'upload doc option' has disappeared first, after following 2 weeks later only mine 'upload doc option' disappeared and finally got the result after the following 2 weeks.

Still no update on my results shows as pending. No update from ICA also 😔😔
So stress it's already 1 years no update so far.

SAD CASE ON MY 17MONTHS PR APPLICATION - REJECTED.

as what mentioned, if the 'upload doc option' disappeared mean the results soonest to know

- Button disappeared on 22 May, result comeout on 27 May. rejected.
Does anyone know if the appeal application still can submit nowadays?

Unless you did not submit something that was VERY relevant during the initial application, forget an appeal. All you will be doing is putting off the inevitable. If rejected I'm not even sure you can appeal any more truth be told. Maybe singaporeflyer will pop in and confirm or deny this. But, unless you have MATERIAL data not included on original application, it will be a fail for sure.

Wait two years or until a better position, huge increase in basic salary, additional child, new husband/wife, etc. otherwise, forget it. it is what it is. Going into a appeal with NEW information that is past the date of the application will get you denied for sure as that should only be included on a new application.

Remember, same data in, same result come out. ICA does not work on sympathy cards.

You can submit an appeal after rejection and it won't make any difference at all, unless something significant changed.

Wait for 1-2 years and then submit a fresh application, which will be better.

I really not understand how come ICA rejected my application after so long..
I heard normally if rejected no later than 6 months. some more people always telling me that no news = good news. but mine was the bad news... haizzz

Due to the current pandemic, processing time is longer. greater than 6 months and less than 14 months is not unusual. In the forum we have been emphasizing that, the duration of the PR /SC application processing does not have any bearing on the outcome.

That is a good idea. Get that cert in hand and maybe a promotion/decent increment to go with it then try again.

Hi Guys,

Please advise

Applied PR May 2020 under SC spouse scheme.

When we check using my wife login submit button disappeared on 27th Apr 2021.
But I didn't see any proceed to submit button on my login status check.

Did anyone counter this before. Hoping for best outcome.

Thank you
