dependent pass application

Hi all,

I am an S pass holder. I would like to bring my girlfriend to Singapore and we are planning to get married. I read that I can apply for a dependent pass, but there are a couple of requirements that I can't meet.
1. My fixed salary is below the $6,000 required. How rigid is this rule? If I consider my bonus then my salary is higher.
2. We are not married yet, but we intend to do so as soon as possible. Would that be a problem?
