Really hoping someone can help me with this. I am currently on a DP and soon to divorce. My employer said that in order to get an EP, I’d need to resign then re-apply for my job so that they can change it. If a SG national applies they have a chance of getting the job so it’s a big gamble! This is coming from HR so please don’t say they can just change it. Apparently not...Does anyone know what I can do?
