Hi,
When applying for PR, they require Base Salary and Gross Salary.
My total compensation includes:
1. Base Salary
2. Bonus
3. Restricted Stock Unit (which was granted once and vested 1/16 every quarter)
4. Other allowances such as transport, wellness
My question is, which one can be counted as Gross Salary? I want to maximize the number to increase the chance.
Thanks

Re: how to calculate gross salary
Base salary is just base salary, whereas gross salary includes all monthly and yearly allowances.

Re: how to calculate gross salary
Just calculate the annual components of 1, 2 and 3 and divide them by 12 to get the monthly gross salary. I presume you also have to submit payslips and ICA will be able to make sense of what the gross salary components are.keisuke wrote: ↑Fri, 29 Jan 2021 10:57 amHi,

I won’t include things like “wellness” in there. Those are more like perks and are probably not taxable anyway. I get handphone allowance and ~2000 flexi dollars (taxable) of sorts per year which I can use on things like wellness but I won’t count that as part of my salary.
Re: how to calculate gross salary
The Annexe A form that you'd have received from HR should have Base salary and Gross salary info. Why don't you key in the same in your application in order to avoid confusion?
