Do you have a degree? If not, you face an uphill challenge I'm afraid.
Your experience in China will help. Do you have any sort of tefl qualification? It would not be needed for the enrichment centres (tho it doesn't hurt obviously) but International Schools would expect it—preferably a CELTA.
I don't think many expats get hired in pre schools but I'm not completely sure. British Council pre school could be an option to look into.
