Hello,
Can someone advise on term Highest Educational certificate (including all Tertiary qualifications) ?
Is it advisable to include highest school certificate (Higher Secondary), followed by Bachelor and Master's degree ?
As per comments I received from my friends, they suggest to include only starting from Tertiary qualifications (starting from bachelor's) but I strong feel that particular term is misleading should be better to include highest school certificate also.
Can someone please advise.
Thanks.

I started from my PhD and worked downwards.
My UK school grades weren’t much to be proud about, so I didn’t bother.
If your highest is Bachelors degree, then you may have to consider your HS achievements too.

I honestly don’t believe non-tertiary education matters once you have a tertiary education. I have a bachelor degree from a university in the US. It was not a top university by any means, but it was accredited. That is all that anyone has ever asked about during my 24 years here.
Maybe if your university is not accredited, but even then... once you are working here, your position, salary and career advancement are going to speak more loudly than any past educational achievements.

It’s 2021 bro.
Even if you come from IIM or IIT, it’s hard to get.

For a Permanent Residency (PR) application, the "Highest School Certificate" refers to the highest level of education you have completed.
