Is it feasible to order clothings from china and sell them in Singapore and other parts of the world?

Sure. You can do it.

Form a legal business entity in Singapore (sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited) so that ACRA and IRAS are happy.

Connect with the immigration and customs authority (ICA) to setup necessary import and export (if selling out of Singapore to other countries) permits and warehouses .

Connect with IRAS to setup GST and exclusions.

Make sure you have an honest Chinese supplier or a well established brokerage/forwarding agency to make sure you get what you pay for before you pay.

Setup an e-Commerce website, setup other sales channels to pedal your products.

Make sure you have a fulfillment process in place... receivables, packaging, and shipping.

Have an accounting system all setup to see if you are making or losing money.

There will be a lot of competition because so many things are made in China and so many people import them for resale.
