ROM and DP

Post by FXE » Mon, 11 Jan 2021 5:01 am

Hi Guys,
I am new in this platform and I am seeking for answers about my concern.
I am currently working here in Singapore and my wife is currently in my home country.

I would like to know if we decide to get married here in Singapore via Registry of Marriage (ROM), is it much easier for me to secure a dependent pass for my wife or it is still depends on MOM eligibility criteria?

Thank you so much.

It has no bearing on the eligibility but it does help in verification and translation (if you're married in a country where english is not used). FYI there is nothing to stop you being married in BOTH countries.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
