PR Approval Probability 2021

Hello.. I've been reading a lot of post about PR application as I am also in the similar situation.
We are a Filipino family living in Singapore for 10 years now.
My husband (37) works as an IT Security Specialist in one of banks here earning 170K per year + bonus. I am (33) also in the IT field as System Analyst in one of the MNC earing 100K per year + bonus. We have 2 kids, a girl (5) and a boy (2).
We applied last June 2021 and last Oct 10, I noticed that the upload button disappeared.
Reading from the posts here, it means that more or less the result will come in 2 to 3 weeks time.
I've been anxiously waiting for the result.

Do you think we have a chance?

How long are you in SG and what are your educations?
If you are in SG for more than 4-5 years, you may have a chance.

We've been here since 2011, so 10 years now.

Education: ITE Certificate
Occupation: Technical Sale Manager
Salary: 84k yearly
Pass: Employment Pass
Years in Singapore: 11+ years

My spouse
Age: 36
Nationality: Vietnamese
Education: Master Degree (in Singapore)
Occupation: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: 40k yearly
Pass: S Pass
Years in Singapore: 11+ years

2 children age 9 yrs (boy) & 6 yrs (girl) are under Dependent Pass and in local Primary school.
Living in Singapore since they were born till now.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

The rejected letter stated: thanks for your application however it was unsuccessful. You still can continue stay here on your valid passes...

I had reviewed my application 3 days after submitting and discovered that error by chance

Why did you not email ICA back then?
They would have corrected your profile.

I followed the "dont provide unless asked for" rule.

What significant changes have taken place on his profile since his last rejection? Other than a standard cost of living increase in salary. Promotion gaining a substantial increment, Obviously not married, or had a child. If he is in IT he should know the basics. Same data in, same result out.
