I would like to get your comments on my PR application chances and suggestion on when should I apply.
I haven’t applied for the PR yet and I am planning to apply in near future. Below is our family’s profile:-

Job: Head - HR Specialist in a European multinational
Age: 37, Married no kids
Nationality: Indian
Religion: Hindu
Length of stay in Singapore: 1 Year, 9 months
Working in Singapore: 1 Year, 9 months
Annual salary: S$145K fixed+ 30K bonus
Pass - EP
Qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering (India), MBA (India), HR specialist certification from a renowned US professional body
Others – Worked and lived in Europe for 2 years


My Wife’s Profile:
Job: Home maker
Age: 35, Married
Nationality: Indian
Religion: Hindu
Length of stay in Singapore: 1 Year, 9 months
Working in Singapore: 1 Year, 9 months
Annual salary: NA
Pass - DP
Qualifications: Masters in Finance (India)

Chance will be very low. Sorry to say that

Reason: Quota, short duration of stay in SG, Occupation - easily available with local resident population.

You may try after total 4 years of working in SG.

Just received approval 2 weeks ago. Applied in February 2021 (yes, we are also very surprised it was so fast).
Previously applied in December 2017 and received rejection after 9 months.

We are a family of three (husband, myself and 2-years old), Russian, both working in a local company.
5 years in Singapore, my husband has a Master's Degree in Engineering and Technology.

Education: bachelor degree & diploma, both international curriculum in Indonesia

- Request change of address : 17 March 2021
- ICA Acknowledgement change of address : 29 March 2021
- ICA request addition doc : 5 May 2021
- Submitted additional doc : 25 May 2021

- Submissions for additional document button disappear : around 13 July 2021
- PR application approved : 19 July 2021

Congrats. Here some news from Indonesians receiving PR status recently. I just completed my formalities. Tried to submit your health declaration, book the date for formalities asap, retrieve all impediments original documents, company letters, payslips early if those are not in you hands. Everything should be going smoothly and the "Home" booklet shall be yours very soon.

The approved status is on the ICA website (i hope it's not false approved).
Do you know how long is PR-IPA letter validity?

Reason: Quota and salary on the lower side.
Main applicant salary has to increase to renew even his EP as his experience will be more with time?

Working in Singapore: 1 Year, 5 months (On current EP)
Annual salary: S$240K fixed (paid tax for 2 years)
Property: Owns condo in Singapore (S$3 Million)
Pass - EP (previously PEP holder)
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (USA), Juris Doctorate (USA), Certificate on Sustainability Strategy from Harvard University
Others – Previous PEP pass holder for 3 years but generated income outside of Singapore and did not pay tax until current job, not planning on adding my son to application (American Nationality)

My Wife’s Profile:
Job: Home maker
Age: 28, Married
Nationality: Chinese
Length of stay in Singapore: 6 years
Annual salary: NA
Pass - DP
Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education from Singapore
Others - Previous student pass holder before becoming my dependent

Note: I have previously tried to apply for PR about 1 1/2 years ago before I have paid income tax in Singapore and was rejected.
