Pr application with difference in name in few required documents

Post by Surv » Thu, 07 Jan 2021 2:32 am

Hi, we are planning to apply for Sg pr and i am the secondary applicant(wife).
All my required documents have my maiden name in them but there are some documents like child’s birth certificate, marriage certificate where my marriage name is listed. I would like to ask will there be any issues or concerns due the difference in my name in pr application ?
I wish to keep my maiden name, are there any supporting documents required to prove that the two different name refer to the same person? Please advise

ICA will follow the same name that is on your EP as far as i know. for the difference in name, you may give an explanation letter if they ask for.
