Normal wear and tear landlord wants to deduct deposit
Normal wear and tear landlord wants to deduct deposit
It's only normal wear and tear in my unit ie: floor scratch, cupboard inge not tight..but landlord wants to deduct deposit for small items like this..what say do I have?

"No, if you insist on deducting I will summons you to Small Claims Tribunal and I will win".
