Good day , among icon residence , the sail , one Shenton and the Clift
condo , which would be best ? Looking at good maintenance , good and well maintained condo gym/ pool . Also close to grocery shopping . Thank u all .

One Shenton and Clift finishings look better than Sail and icon. I believe the latter 2 are older
condos.

I think it will really depends on which area do you want to be near though. Used to stay at icon residence and i really love the convenience. 7-eleven just 1 lift away. NTUC, banks and many F&B just across the street. My favourite will definitely be Don Don Donki. Try waking around each
condo to see which fits your lifestyle.

All are fine, but Icon and Sail for instance have no balconies.
Sail and 1 Shenton aren't the closest to grocery shopping unless you want to overpay for Jasons or Coldstorage but then again they're not exactly on your doorstep for 1 Shenton.
Of the four you have selected I would go for Clift or 1 Shenton.
Have you considered 5, 76 or Eon Shenton?
