Hey fellas,
I need your opinion.

My question: Do you think I can find a job w/ salary higher than S$7000/month job in Singapore in any IT field (database, projects oracle, gis, unix, active directory, etc)? I tried looking up jobs in Jobstreet.com and the average pays are less than S$4500... ouch..

I am in my early twenties, have 4 yrs exp, have a Diploma in comp. system technology, a cert in UNIX, a cert in TEFL. I speak English, some Spanish, and a little Mandarin (yes!).

I'd appreciate if someone can give me some advice or opinions....

Regards,
Lee in Peru

IT industry in Singapore is on life support. Wages are depressed due to a large influx of professionals from India and China. I'd say for someone with about 7 years of experience, getting 4.5 K per month is considered pretty good considering the prevailing market conditions.
