Please help!
After I stayed enough 1 year to give my landlord 2 months early notice as definition inside the agreement.
I gave the landlord the early notice in the middle of the month and hope that can take back the deposit in the middle of the next 2 months. But the Landlord doesn't want to pro-rate my deposit for that and force me to stay until the end of the second month.
The point is agreement doesn't define anything about the proration of my deposit if I notice in the middle of the month.
Do I have the right to ask him pro-rate my deposit as I need to move out in the middle of the month?

Re: Can tenant give notice in the middle of moth
You can check your TA, its usually 12+2. So you will need to stay for 12 months and give 2 months notice so min. Stay is 14 months. At the end of the 14th month landlord will take back the house and run through any defects or damages made deposit for repairs will be deducted from the deposit. And you will get back the full/remaining deposit.
