I want to sign on in navy military medic, but my problem is they required singaporean citizenship, I’m a PR for more than 5 years and already served my NS, is there any chance they will approve my citizenship because I want to sign on?

Speak to your local MP. This is the type of case they like taking up I think.

I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
