Worth the move?

Is it worth it to move to another job to Singapore during Covid times? The pay difference to what I am getting now is about 20% (more if I move).

Your severance benefits are what you’re giving up if you move.

If you’ve served a long time with the current place, it’s worth clinging on.

Severance benefit vary quite widely. The SME's are basically trying not to pay any...
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

With SME's it's always wise to have an ace (or 2) up your sleeve......
