Well, if you have been applying for the whole family, aside from applying too soon after last rejection, I have a feeling, based on your occupation, specific industry and current income, that ICA sees you as a flight risk. High Tech Cloud consultant and salary that makes you apparently very good at what you do, hence from Singapore's POV a flight risk to the highest bidder. If you to are to have a reasonable chance wait until Aug 2022 before reapplying.
Oh, unless you are basically an altruistic person, save your time on the charities. Singapore has been burned too many times by people from the subcontinent doing charity works only to get brownie points for PR or SGC applications, only to never be seen again after obtaining PR/SGC. (As a 13 year veteran of the PA, I personally can fully understand their viewpoint. Now, unless you are really a charitable person, it's a waste of time if doing it for reference points on your application if that be the case ( mention it only because you mentioned it in view of your application).
This is rough to hear, I grant you, but I'm not in the habit of blowing smoke. You belong to the next to the smallest ethnic group ('others' being the smallest at 1.5%) with the highest number of physical applicants annually for the approximately 2250 positions annually earmarked for your ethnic group out of roughly 30K PR given out annually (Singapore uses immigration to maintain the current demographics here, which they are comfortable with). You are competing with all you countrymen here for the same 2250 positions. ICA has to figure out who will make the best candidates to become citizens and who will not and who will ultimately give up the PR for greener pastures. It is what it is.
