chance will be low because of

- Ethnicity
- Kids in International School

+ve
Duration of stay in SG, Salary

It is still worth a try. Apply, but please dont have high hopes.

Were the kids born in SG?

SF, if OP is on EP, then it is going to be extremely difficult to get his kids into local schools as we all know. I don't think having them in an International School makes any difference one way or the other with regards to PR application. Now if it were PR -> SGC application, yeah, defo would make a big negative.

I do concur with your prognosis, however.

Yes both the kids were born in SG. Will it be a advantage?

Personal POV? It will be a negative if he put his kids in a private Pre-school and Kindergarten. If it put them in a government Pre-school/Kindergarten it might have smoothed the way into a local school. But, by the same token, if he DID put them into a local/gov't sponsored Preschool and then took the boy OUT and put him into the International School........

Are wife and kids on the PR application as well? This will be key as well.

Last time applied with wife and 2 kids. Planning to apply now. Does it make any difference at what time of the year you apply? Any tips or ideas to improve my profile pls.

Stay longer, see if you can learn something and add value in your career, continue improving your salary.

I think only these things can be done.

Hi,

I want to know my chances for sponsoring my spouse PR application and incoming baby this year.

Me: 30 yrs old, engineering field, with NUS masters course-work, working for 7yrs in SG, annual salary ~46K, PR thru my father application approved since 2004. Filipino. Applied for SG citizen last 2020 and was denied.

My husband: 30 yrs old, cyber security field, working for ~6yrs in SG, annual salary ~120k, Epass holder, Filipino. Applied for PR twice rejected when he was still single

We are anticipating for a baby boy

I was thinking if I can apply PR for both of them and if I can apply LTVP for my baby at the same time.

Not going to be easy and very low chance

Reasons
1. Ethnic Quota
2. Sponsor salary on the lower side
