Hi everyone! Fyi I plan to apply for PR after the tax assessment this year. I have been working in Singapore for more than 4 years and would like to try my chances. Some details:

Race : Indian

Marital Status : Married.

Religion : Hindu
Education : Masters
Current Field of Work : IT/Software

I would say your chance are quite low, given your ethnic group and age.
Your ethnic group have a lot applicants so you are competing against a large number of people.
Your age, although currently mid 30s, if you imagine you maybe waiting up to 18 months to hear back, you could be late 30s, which is much less likely to get PR.
What exactly do you do with IT/software, it's a bit too generic a description? If it's a fintech or start up, then you might have a higher chance.
Is your wife working and if so, how much is she earning?

There's nothing stopping you from applying. You pay the fee and then you'll see what the outcome is.
