Hair salons tt do great highlights?

Can someone recommend hair salons which do great highlights?
pls include price range & location too?

I had my hair highlighted at REDS (Ngee Ann City) and got alot of compliments from friends.

The lady named Amanda did it for me, she is patient and gentle. She can speak pretty good english and communicated with her customers well. I always make sure that I go during off peak hours and requested only Amanda to do my hair. There are a few assistant hair stylists whom I find impatient and rude.

I recently got my hair highlighted and lowlight, cost me $170. A bit pricy though.

I saw alot of salons at the HDB blocks behind J8, anyone tried? How's the service and the price?
