I think I used the word "coerced" [indirectly] last week on this Forum. It is obvious the direction....

Have y ou ever been t o Africa? You need yellow fever cert. This maybe the same.

When I was in the military we also had to carry our government issued shot records when we went overseas. Record of things like Typhus, Polio, Smallpox, Typhoid, Cholera, Tetanus & Yellow Fever. Current ones will probably have a lot more that this one did (mine).
