EP pending for approval since 3 months

My Husband's EP was applied in first week of Sept 2020 (4th Sep, 20)and it is still pending for approval. It is a first time EP. We are currently out of Singapore. Is there someone in the similar situation or something wrong with our case specially?

Can you share details on which sector, how large is the organisation and does he meet the salary criteria? I personally know people who were outside SG and applied in November and got EP processed in a month.
I'm also in process of applying, so if you share above details, it would help us all know that why might this happen to some of us....
