PR Application: Annex A - Present Staffing Position?

I am currently helping my employer filling the Annex A form for PR application and we both have trouble understanding what we should fill in at the "Present staffing position" section (as attached). Can anyone please help me on this?

It's about the Total no of employees in your company and need to indicate how many of them are SC/PR and foreigners.
