Postal test (self, at home)

Q
1. Time runs back from departure (Fri, 8 pm) or arrival (9 am Sat)?
2. Time starts from (a) time you test yourself or (b) postal receipt at the Lab or (c) test time at Lab?

(note; got obtuse reply from EMIRATES)
