Poor service from telco

Do you also get very poor services from telcos (or other services) when you call in to request as follow up on a service? I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes and still end in sight. This is so unacceptable.

Yes! Tried to enquire about my plan with Singtel, and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When someone finally did attend to me, they were completely unapologetic. So ridiculous!

Yes indeed..not only that to get to them you have to press multiple times of options to get there.
