Grocery - Salad & Herbs - healthy?

Post by NKS » Sun, 29 Nov 2020 3:21 pm

Hi All

Interested to hear your views on the options for salad greens and herbs we have available today in supermarkets & online. I thought this forum would be a good place to get some feedback on what the expat community feels about the current options available and suggestions on what's missing when we compare to supermarkets back home (local food options, freshness, variety?)

Specifically, some friends are starting up a local community farm in Singapore to support country's 30x30 goal on local production and would very much appreciate if you could take a minute to share your views through this quick survey:

If you guys are interested to find out more about Singapore's food story and the government's initiatives to grow this, see this: https://www.sfa.gov.sg/food-farming/sgfoodstory

Thanks

I just wish salads cost lower in Singapore. I can't believe I hv to pay almost $8-10 for a pack. Without dressing. Hope the local community can locally harvest and sell at 1/3 the price. 🙏🙏
