It's not a good news, but this well explains why despite of 2 weeks with no community cases it still seems rational to wear the masks.
Imagine, a symptomatic person coughs / touches stuff inside while accessing a freezer. 2 months later a different person decides to defrost it. Unlikely scenario?

Definitely not good news and I hope this doesn't get any worse, causing phase 3 to be delayed. Astonishing how this chap picked it up! Personal hygiene issues perhaps.
