How old is your wife? Do you have kids? If so how old and what schools are they in?

Just looking at your profile, I would say the chances are quite low. You say you are race: Indian, and I guess from your education you are also from India (as opposed to being from Malaysia).
At the same time, you age stands against you. If you apply now, it will take at least 12 months (if not longer) for an answer and you will be closer to or 40.
Anecdotal evidence is that people going over 40 find it incredibly difficult to get approvals

Anyway, what is the harm in applying? The fee is quite low ($120 I think) so it won't break you budget. Just apply and see what happens.

Your age is against you. You will likely be close to or even in your 40s by the time you get an answer, and being 40 is clearly going to be a mark against you.

Many of your cohort have post graduate degrees so I would guess that you education is probably stands against you as well.

Like I said in the prior post, there's no harm in applying, just don't be surprised if you are rejected.
