new EP application with an existing IPA

hi,
I've seen other posts related to this, but they seemed pretty old. thats why just wanted to check and get clarity. I have an existing IPA, but received a better offer from another company. can the second company apply for EP? or it can be done only after first IPA is canceled?

Only after existing IPA cancelled. Otherwise, this possibility exists and you could end up losing both.......

You need to have the first company withdraw/cancel the first IPA before applying for another.
