I've been offered a job in Singapore...what should be included in the job offer? ie: rent, car etc.

It depends a lot on the profile of the job. If it a true expat role then yes you should go for the usual benefits. If it's a local + role then it will be cash and no benefits.

Focus on the total value of the package rather than the components.

I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
