PR approval chances?

Wanted to check what you kind folks think of my chances for getting a PR
I’m 40
Indian
Basic salary sgd 185k/yr
Industry: information services related to oil industry
Wife 38, not employed
Two daughters in international primary school
Lived and worked in Singapore since 2009
Applied for family PR this July
Last unsuccessfully applied for PR 5 years ago and couple of years prior to that as well.
Appreciate any thoughts

2015 and the previous time 2013/14 all applied as family

I'd say very low chances. Forgetting the fact of your ethnicity which would by itself put your chances at very low, your age is also against you. It's common to wait 12 months before getting a reply from ICA and consensus is that being over 40 is an increasing problem. You will likely be 41 by then, and your wife 39. Say they don't get back to you for close to 18 months, you wife might well be 40. I would then say your chances, just on this alone would be close to zero.
Daughters are in International School, not integrated into the local school system.
Your wife is not working, and not contributing to the tax system.
